Pourya Ahmadi 2026With the development of new technologies, especially artificial intelligence, the insurance industry, as one of the main pillars of the country's financial system, is on the path of digital transformation. The present study was conducted with the aim of providing a model for improving the attitude towards the acceptance of artificial intelligence in the insurance industry. This study was applied in terms of purpose and was conducted with a qualitative approach and grounded theory research method. The study population included all experts, such as faculty members with relevant resumes and expertise, managers, specialists, and active and expert experts in Kowsar insurance agencies across the country. In terms of data collection method, it was a documentary-field research. Participants were selected using purposive and theoretical sampling methods, and to determine the sample size, sampling continued until theoretical saturation. The data collection tools in this study included reviewing existing documents and evidence, semi-structured interviews, group discussions, and field note-taking. To determine the validity and reliability of the research, triangulation techniques were used, as well as review by key participants and other colleagues of the research team. A three-stage coding technique was used to analyze the data. The results also presented a paradigmatic model consisting of the dimensions of causal conditions (including economic factors, cultural and social factors, etc.), contextual conditions (including managerial and organizational factors, infrastructure), intervening conditions (including legal-supportive factors, educational and research factors), measures (including organizational, educational-research, institutional and governmental factors, etc.), and consequences (including social, technological and innovative factors, etc.). This research states that the adoption of artificial intelligence in the Iranian insurance industry is not only a technological choice, but also a strategic organizational-cultural transformation, the success of which depends on a systemic and comprehensive approach to all influential factors.

The effect of gender diversity on the relationship between profitability,capital intensity and advertising cost with tax aggressivness
Saber Doostvandi 2026Gender diversity in corporate boardroom is a topic that has attracted the attention of researchers and policymakers in recent years. Having a diverse board can lead to better decision making, increased innovation and improved financial performance. However, the specific impact of gender diversity on key financial metrics such as profitability, capital intensity, advertising spending, and tax aggressiveness is not yet fully understood. The purpose of our study is to investigate the effect of gender diversity on the relationship between profitability, capital intensity and advertising cost with tax aggressiveness. The current research is part of applied research in terms of the type of goal. The statistical population of this research includes all companies admitted to the tehran stock Exchange.in order to test the above hypothessis, a sample consisting of 125 companies was selected in a systematic way from among the companies accepted in the tehran stock Exchange in the period from 2017 to 2022. The data needed to calculate the research variables were extracted from the "New Approach" database. In order to test the research hypothesis, a multiple regression model based on con con consolidated data was used. the results of research hypotheses show that at the 95% confidence level, profitability has a significan and positive relationship with tax aggressiveness, while capital intensity and advertising cost have a significant and negative relationship wi?h tax aggressiveness. The results also show that gender diversity has a significant and negative relationship between capital intensity and tax aggressiveness, and also gender duversity has a significant and positive effect on the negative relationship between advertising cost and tax aggressiveness. In conclusion, the research findings highlit the importance of gender diversity in corporate governance and its potential impact on financial performance, capital investment, marketing strategies, and tax behaviors. Promoting diversity in leadership positions can not only enhance decision_making processes,but also drive long_term profitability and sustainable growth.

Mona Sohrabi 2026Earnings quality is a key component in evaluating a company's financial performance, and accurate analysis of it can play an important role in investors’ decision-making. The aim of this study is to develop and validate a model for predicting earnings quality based on the financial characteristics of companies using machine learning algorithms, particularly Random Forest. This research is applied in nature and conducted using a descriptive-correlational method. The statistical population includes companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange during the period 2011–2023, with 141 companies selected using a systematic elimination method. For model training, financial data of the companies from 2011 to 2019 were used, and the model was tested on actual data for the period 2020 to 2023. The results showed that the model performed very accurately in the training phase, with a coefficient of determination R2=0.89R² = 0.89R2=0.89 and a low error (MAE = 0.0217). In the testing phase, the model still provided acceptable results with R2=0.71R² = 0.71R2=0.71 and MAE = 0.0543. Variables such as fixed assets, inventory, and accounts receivable had the highest impact on predicting earnings quality. Ultimately, the proposed model can serve as an effective tool for financial analysts and investors in evaluating companies’ earnings quality.

A Policy-Making Model for Developing Smart Governance in Iran Based on the Experiences of Developed Countries

This study aims to define the key indicators and dimensions of smart governance — including tra arency, accountability, effectiveness, justice, sustainability, and citizen participation — and to analyze practical models such as e?government, the participatory model, the data?driven model, and smart urban governance. Furthermore, the study examines applications of smart governance in critical areas such as healthcare, education, security, environment, energy, diplomacy, and urban management. Through a comparative analysis of the experiences of leading countries — including the United States, China, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom — the research explores the opportunities, challenges, and requirements for implementing smart governance in Iran and proposes policy and technical solutions for its realization. The findings of this study can provide both theoretical and practical foundations for improving the quality of governance and enhancing sustainable development indicators in the country.

This thesis examines how these challenges can be overcome and marketing decisions can be improved by using artificial intelligence models. In this research, a survey method and a questionnaire tool were used to collect data. The statistical population includes managers and marketing experts in digital businesses. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS software to examine the impact of using artificial intelligence on marketing decisions. The objectives of this research are to identify the benefits and challenges of using artificial intelligence in digital marketing, to present efficient models of using artificial intelligence in marketing decision-making, to analyze the impact of artificial intelligence on the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns. and to propose solutions for optimizing marketing strategies using artificial intelligence. Identifying the obstacles to the development of Internet businesses in Iraq (case study: the field of sports in Khanaqin)
2024The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the obstacles to the development of Internet businesses in Khanaqin, Iraq, in the field of sports. The research is practical in terms of purpose and has used the qualitative research method. The study population of the research includes experts and experts in the field of internet businesses, professors of the physical education department of Gramian Khanaqin University in Iraq, which was conducted using the snowball sampling method in the qualitative part of 15 in-depth semi-structured interviews. . The validity and reliability of the research tool was confirmed by selecting the appropriate sample and reviewing the participants. In the qualitative section, the codes were checked and extracted using the content analysis method. The findings indicate the extraction of 7 main categories and 16 subcategories. Identified barriers include; Technological barriers, legal-security barriers, barriers related to customers, managerial barriers, economic barriers, social cultural barriers and marketing barriers. In the following, for each of the barriers, solutions and suggestions were provided for managers to provide excellent customer support through various channels such as online chat, email, or phone to address customer questions and solve problems quickly.

Exploring parenting indicators in adolescents with Career Identity achivement
Sahereh Hossaizadeh 2024Introduction: Throughout life, people are faced with the task of creating a strong identity and finding their place in society, therefore, searching for a coherent occupational identity is one of the most important developmental tasks of teenagers, which the behaviors and attitudes of parents, wanted or It unintentionally affects the way a person looks at himself and others, his choices and skills, and finally, the person's career self-concept. Purpose: The purpose of the current research is to analyze and design a specific model of parenting indicators of teenagers who have a coherent occupational identity. Method: The current research is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative method of phenomenological type. The statistical population in this research included all the parents of female students with a successful career identity who were studying at the secondary level (second term) in Kermanshah in the academic year 1402-1403. Sampling was done in two stages. The aim of the first quantitative stage was to identify students with a successful career identity, for this purpose, 170 secondary school students of Kermanshah city were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method to complete the Dylas and Jarengin (1981) career identity questionnaire. In the second qualitative stage, the participants were selected from among 29 parents with children with a successful career identity, who had obtained a score higher than the standard deviation (4.15) to conduct an interview, then the data were collected in a semi-structured interview. The data were collected and analyzed using the Claysey method. Finally, the number of interviews reached 12. Findings: Analyzing the experiences of the participants in the field of analyzing the indicators of parenting in adolescents with a coherent occupational identity led to the identification and extraction of 160 primary codes, 7 main themes and 27 sub-themes including informed parents (raising awareness and information), responsiveness (attention to material needs) , high level of parental empathy, respect for the wishes), quality of communication with the child (intimacy, spending quality time suitable for the child, participation in decisions, expressing affection, family meetings, being a supporter), parent's behavioral skills (being a parent's role model, patience, Being promising, encouraging and motivating, paying attention and giving the right to choose to the child, independence, trust), safe family environment (peace at home, high ability to manage conflict), family structure (authoritative parenting, dialogue and problem solving) , using the correct methods of punishment, setting rules, family games) and control-monitoring (studying, focusing on academic strengths, monitoring behavior and relationships, monitoring cyber space). Identifying and ranking the effective factors in sustainable production in the conditions of sanctions and economic recession (case study of Iran Khodro Company)

The statistical population of the research in the qualitative part is 18 academic experts, experts of the Ministry of Safety and experts of Iran Khodro Company. The statistical population of this study is, in a quantitative part, all the employees of Iran Khodro Company in the country. To select the sample, 375 employees of Iran Khodro Company were selected as a sample using stratified random sampling method and using Cochran's formula. This research is practical based on the purpose. From the point of view of how to collect information, it is of mixed exploratory and qualitative-quantitative research. The data collection tool in the qualitative section is an interview. In the current research, semi-structured interviews were used to identify and rank the effective factors in sustainable production in Iran Khodro company under sanctions and economic recession. The qualitative part of this research was done using the Delphi technique. Data analysis was done in the quantitative part of structural equations. All the key points of the interviews were extracted and coded, and after their review and analysis, similar codes were assigned to specific concepts, and finally 40 indicators in the form of 4 variables (economic and social, environmental, technological, and managerial) as effective factors in Sustainable production in the conditions of sanctions and economic recession was identified in Iran Khodro Company and the managerial factor has the most influence and also the economic and social factor has the least influence in sustainable production in the conditions of sanctions and economic recession (the study of Iran Khodro Company).

Phenomenology of lack of work volition: students without work volition of the second secondary level of Kermanshah city.
Bita Jafarian 2024The aim of the current research is to identify the indicators of lack of work volition of students without work volition. The research is applied and the qualitative method is phenomenological. The statistical population of this research was all second secondary girls' schools in Kermanshah. Sampling was done in two phases. In the first phase, with the aim of identifying students who do not want to enter a job, the student version of Duffy et al.'s (2012) questionnaire of willingness to enter a job was used to identify students who do not want to enter a job, from three districts in 6 schools. It was distributed in clusters and the number of samples in the first phase was 200 students. In the second phase, 28 students who obtained less than one standard deviation were selected for interviews in a targeted way and 20 interviews were conducted, and in the last 4 interviews, information was collected. It was not achieved and reached saturation in the 16th interview. The results of the research showed that reluctance to enter a job affects not only academic progress, but also the development of personality and social interactions of people and can affect people's life path

Presenting a model based on data mining and fuzzy inference system for the diagnosis of heart disease (case study: Sahne Moaeven Hospital)
Ehsan Naserpour 2024This research has investigated and implemented a combined model of fuzzy logic and decision tree to diagnose heart disease using medical data of 920 patients (UCI database). After reviewing and preparing the data, the information of 304 patients were selected as complete data, and their quantification and normalization process was performed with the Min-Max method. The local database of the deputy scene hospital was also used to complete the model. The decision tree model was extracted with an accuracy of 78.30% and the area under the ROC chart equal to 0.798, but the classification error was reported as 22.36%. According to the decision tree, the fuzzy inference system was implemented with 9 inputs and 12 fuzzy rules. Then, the combined decision tree-fuzzy inference system model was implemented with 70 hospital data and evaluated with 35 new data. The results showed that the model was able to achieve an overall accuracy of 91.43% in data classification. The sensitivity of the model was 89.47% and 93.75% for the diagnosis of healthy people and heart patients, respectively. Comparison with other methods showed that the proposed model has a higher accuracy between 1 and 12% than the support vector machine, artificial neural network and k-nearest neighbor methods. The results of this research showed that the use of local data tailored to the specific characteristics of each region can improve the accuracy of machine learning models in medical applications. The combined decision tree-fuzzy model with high accuracy and simplicity in implementation was introduced as an effective tool for diagnosing heart diseases.

Analyzing the challenges of developing electronic businesses in the context of Iranian social networks
Sajad Mirani 2024The current research was carried out with the aim of analyzing the challenges of developing electronic businesses in the context of domestic social networks. The research is practical in terms of purpose and has used the mixed research method. The community in the qualitative and quantitative part of the research includes managers and practitioners of electronic businesses active in Iranian social networks, which were conducted using the snowball sampling method in the qualitative part of 18 in-depth semi-structured interviews. And in the quantitative section, 50 samples of experts in this field with the most expertise were selected. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire was verified by experts in the qualitative section by selecting a suitable sample and reviewing the participants, and in the quantitative section, the questionnaire was confirmed by experts, and the reliability was also measured and confirmed through Cronbach's alpha (0.71%). In the qualitative section, the codes were checked and extracted using the content analysis method. The findings indicate the extraction of 7 main categories and 20 sub-categories. The main categories are; Challenges related to users are infrastructural and technical, laws, Iranian social networks, management, human and economic weakness. is The findings of the qualitative part were prioritized with the help of the Friedman test method, and according to the analysis, based on the results obtained from the Friedman ranking test of 79 factors under investigation, the factors; Absence of regulatory laws with a rating (09/64), causing disturbance to the contacts of social networks with a rating (13/63), lack of public acceptance of these networks with a rating (06/62), poor technical infrastructure with a rating (62/05), the audience's lack of security trust in domestic social networks with a rating (61/87), the multitude of rated social networks (61/31) and the low knowledge of experts in the field of social networks with a rating (67/60) were introduced as having the highest priority according to the respondents and the factors; The difficulty of user entering Iranian networks with a rating (17/49), the lack of familiarity of activists with these networks with a rating (12/25), information theft with a rating (25/27), the challenge of being more expensive and unstable Iranian server with a rating (25/29), failure to update these networks on time with a rating (25/33); Inaccuracy in choosing the media with a rating of (25/41) and weakness in the consequences of mistakes in networks with a rating of (25/78) had the lowest priority according to the respondents.

Providing a model of culture in the entrepreneurial university
Davood Rahimi 2024Abstract Culture can be considered one of the most important factors affecting the development of entrepreneurship in universities. Most of the entrepreneurial culture in today's societies is influenced by the institutionalization of the culture of science in the society. Entrepreneurial universities can facilitate the achievement of the third mission of the university, namely economic development, through the spread of entrepreneurial culture in universities. The aim of the current research is to provide a model for culture in an entrepreneurial university. This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of qualitative approach, and it was carried out by using the foundational data theory method (Strauss and Corbin). According to the purpose of the research, the studied community of experts in the field of culture and entrepreneurship in Razi University were considered. 15 people were selected from among this community according to indicators such as experience, expertise, desire, ability and availability through purposeful and theoretical sampling. Based on this, professors from the management, entrepreneurship, economics, sociology and university executives, including the growth center and the industry and society liaison office, were interviewed. The views of the participants, which were organized through the interview protocol, were collected and analyzed. The analysis of data in this section was done using the classical fundamental theory method (Strauss and Corbin) during a regular process and at the same time continuous comparison of data in three stages of open, central and selective coding, formulation and design of the theory. . The main components of the Grenand Theory method in this research briefly include: Causal factors that are expressed with sub-categories (scientific, managerial, systemic and entrepreneurial orientation); Contextual factors that are expressed with sub-categories (personal, social, relational and knowledge); The intervention factors that were expressed with the sub-categories (facilitation, implementation, support, belief and education); the strategic factors that were expressed with the sub-categories (legal, content and interaction); And finally, the results of the actions taken, which include financial, developmental and occupational categories. The general proposal of the research: The structure and university system should be revised in the layers and levels that lead to changes in management and education methods and practices. In order to achieve this goal, the university, as the scientific and economic driving force of the society, should incorporate the entrepreneurial culture and use it as an emphasized norm.

Identifying and prioritizing obstacles and harmful factors on the development of Internet startups in Iran
Nafise Fardin 2024Like many economic sectors of the country, startups in general and internet startups in Iran face many challenges and problems in the way of formation and development. In line with these challenges, the current research seeks to identify and prioritize the factors that harm the formation and development of internet startups in Iran. Identifying the dimensions of harmful factors on the development of Internet startups, identifying harmful components in each dimension, identifying harmful indicators in each component, and finally prioritizing the most important harmful factors on the development of Internet startups are the goals of this research. . The research methodology is applied in terms of purpose, in terms of qualitative data nature (content analysis and Delphi) and in terms of data collection method, it is a descriptive research. In order to collect data, first by reviewing the theoretical foundations and background of previous researches using the content analysis method, the obstacles to the development of Internet startups in Iran were identified and through the Delphi method, the obstacles were confirmed and prioritized. The statistical population in the content analysis method included all reviewed articles and researches in the field of Internet startups, and the texts that were most related to the research subject were selected. The statistical population in the Delphi method included 21 executive experts who were active in the field of Internet startups and academic experts in the field of technology and entrepreneurship who were selected by purposive sampling and then snowball until saturation was reached. The findings of the research show that in the content analysis method, 60 indicators were extracted to examine the obstacles to the development of internet startups in Iran and they entered the Delphi stage. In two Delphi rounds, 16 indicators were added to the indicators by experts. And out of a total of 76 indicators, only 3 indicators were not approved by the experts. The proposed model of this research includes 8 dimensions, 40 components and 73 indicators.

Designing and evaluating a model for the development of electronic businesses (Case study: Active businesses in the tourism industry in social networks of Iran)

Therefore, the current research was conducted with the aim of designing and evaluating a model for the development of ecotourism internet businesses with a mixed approach. The study population of this research in the qualitative part included all the experts in this field and the statistical population in the quantitative part was the owners of eco-tourism businesses active in the Instagram social network. The participants in the qualitative section were selected using the targeted sampling method in the number of 20 people, and in the quantitative section, they were 185 people, of which 150 responded. In order to collect data in the qualitative part, a semi-structured interview was used. The interviews were finally categorized in the form of 116 codes in 14 subcategories and 5 main categories using the three-step coding method; And then, in the quantitative part, the researcher-made questionnaire was divided among the statistical sample of the quantitative part after validation. Then, using the structural equation model and Amose22 software, the model extracted from the qualitative part was validated. The findings showed that in the category of causal conditions, there were sub-categories of factors related to platform, content and access, also in the category of contextual conditions, there were sub-categories of technological and executive factors, and also in the category of intervening conditions, there were sub-categories of policy, legal, cultural and social. And the categories of strategies, including improving financial activities, improving technological promotion, improving customer-oriented strategies, and the categories of consequences, including job productivity, continuity of communication with customers, all have a direct impact on the ecotourism internet business development model. In the quantitative part, the identified categories were able to explain about 36% of the variance of the dependent variable. Presenting a model for the development of entrepreneurial behaviors of female entrepreneurs in Iraqi Kurdistan
2024Abstract The general purpose of this research was to present a model for the development of entrepreneurial behaviors of women entrepreneurs in Iraqi Kurdistan. The approach of the current research was qualitative and practical in terms of purpose, and it was carried out by the method of data base theory (grounded theory). The community studied in this research included all experts and key informants in the field of the subject under study, such as women entrepreneurs, specialists and experts in the field of women's entrepreneurship in Iraqi Kurdistan. In this research, theoretical saturation was achieved by interviewing 22 people. In order to analyze the data, the three-stage pattern of open, central and selective coding was used. The method of data analysis was three-step coding. According to the findings of the research, the phenomenon in this study is "the development of entrepreneurial behavior of female entrepreneurs in Iraqi Kurdistan", based on the interviews conducted with the studied community and library studies, in the total research coding process, there are 105 concepts, 34 subcategories and 10 main categories. Which includes five categories of "causal conditions", "contextual conditions", "intervening conditions", "adopted strategies" and "consequences of adopted actions". Causal conditions in this research include four categories such as "economic factors" with 5 subcategories (marketing development, competitiveness development, increased risk taking, economic networking, economic stability), "professional factors" with 1 subcategory (empowerment and development of job centers), " "Psychological factors" with 3 subcategories (development of creativity, psychological factors, increasing psychological security) and "technical factors" with 1 subcategory (resolving technical problems and providing raw materials). It is suggested that the authorities and operators should plan to amend and adopt the necessary laws and regulations for the development of women's entrepreneurial culture, the stability of costs and prices, and take the necessary measures, and also the laws governing businesses should be redesigned in such a way that women entrepreneurs can Having the independence to act. Presentation of organizational entrepreneurship development model with open innovation approach in llam gas refinery.
Ali Rostami 2023The main goal of the current research was to design a model in line with the development of organizational entrepreneurship with an open innovation approach in the Ilam Gas Refinery. In order to achieve the goal in the present study, a sequential exploratory combined method was used, and the data were collected in two stages. In the qualitative phase, the required data were gathered through semi-structured interviews with 30 experts in the form of the Foundation's data approach. In this section, in order to check the validity of the combination of the four-stage framework and the six key questions model, and the within-subject agreement method was used to check the reliability, and finally, the data was collected and using the systematic plan of Strauss and Corbin, the codes and components of the organizational entrepreneurship development model with an innovation approach were used. It was obtained again and compiled in the form of a conceptual data model of the foundation. With the participation of experts in the field of entrepreneurship and innovation management at Razi University of Kermanshah and the senior management staff of Ilam Gas Refinery, a questionnaire was designed and distributed among the administrative staff of Ilam Gas Refinery through a random sampling method. In the quantitative phase of the research, using the confirmatory factor analysis method and the use of factor load criteria, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, composite reliability, average variance explained and the significance level of Bartlett's test, the validity of each of the components of the obtained model was examined in the qualitative part. found that the results indicated the validity of all components of the paradigm model. The findings of the research indicate that the causal conditions include the components of aggressive competition, entrepreneurial opportunism, knowledge acquisition, development of innovation resources and reduction of the cost of imitation, strategies also have the components of promoting internal and external partnerships, developing extra-organizational communication networks, improving infrastructures. technological organization, promotion of entrepreneurial behavior indicators in the organization, active cooperation in environmental innovation networks and effective knowledge management in the context of organizational digital literacy components, commitment and participation of human resources, innovative policy making, flexibility of organizational boundaries and risk culture Adaptability and creativity in the part of intervening conditions are also the components of open data culture, governance regulatory status, the level of financial and spiritual support of the government, the ruling view towards fundamental partnerships and the intellectual property exchange process, and finally, in the consequences part, the components of innovation governance in processes organization, improving the learning ability of the organization, effective management of market turbulence, improving the innovative performance of the organization, and maintaining and promoting sustainable factors of competitive advantage. Based on the obtained results, the realization of the development of organizational entrepreneurship with an open innovation approach requires synergy and fundamental partnerships between the key players of the open innovation ecosystem and adjusting or strengthening some of the structural variables that the decision makers of the organization can take into consideration and adopt favorable policies. Investigating the relationship between supply chain information management and information system infrastructures with production performance with the moderating role of supply chain integrity (case study: small and medium enterprises in Kermanshah province)

The reliability of the questionnaire wasoperation, maintenance and working of all small and medium businesses active in Kermanshah province, whose number is equal to 2928, which according to Cochran's formula, the sample size is equal to 339.71 people. Considering the possibility of some questionnaires being unusable, 350 questionnaires were distributed, of which 340 questionnaires were usable, and simple random confirmed by Cronbach's alpha, and its validity was confirmed by the validity technique of content validity ratio and content validity index. The structural equation modeling technique (SmartPLS software) was used to test the research hypotheses. The research findings showed that supply chain information management has a significant effect on supply chain integrity. Supply chain information management has a significant effect on production performance. The infrastructure of the supply chain information system had a significant impact on the integrity of the supply chain. The effect of supply chain information system infrastructure on production performance was significant. The integration of the supply chain had a significant effect on the production performance of the company. The mediation of supply chain integration between supply chain information management and production performance of the company had a significant effect, and finally, supply chain integration had a significant effect between supply chain information system infrastructure and production performance, which mediates.
